Frankenmuth Driving School from Michigan topped the Topeka Toros 4-0 in the 23-Under Championship game.
Frankenmuth was 6-0 in the tournament and beat Ohio’s Westerville Capitals to get to the final. The Toros upset the undefeated Free Agents and flame thrower Corey Avery to get to the final.
