Attach the roster to your email in Word format if possible

  Please put "World Series Roster - Team Name - Division Requested (Open, AAA, AA, A-Major or A)" in the subject line of your email.   Example: World Series Roster 2006 -  Mock Ford, A-Major, Grants Pass, Oregon

A preliminary electronic roster should be sent to NAFA by June 15^TH each year.
