In all cases,
the Pitchers List supercedes the Teams List.
For
instance, if a Class "A" team wishes to play in the NAFA World
Series with a pitcher on their state's Class "A-Major" list, they
must play at the level of that pitcher, meaning they must play in
Class "A-Major."
